Yes. We use a steamer that heats up to 250 degrees to disinfect all surfaces. Any bacteria from bio hazards such as feces, vomit, mold etc. (There will be an additional charge for any bio hazards) will be killed.

We do not remove seats at all for your safety as we do not want to damage or put anything back incorrectly since most newer cars have air bag sensors you have to remove.

We make sure to dilute all our products so that it doesn't fade or burn any of your interior plastics and leather as well as affect the surrounding area we are working in.

Unfortunately no, some waxes have fillers that hide micro swirls on your vehicles paint but once the wax start to diminish those micro swirls will be visible again on the paints surface. If you want to remove scratches and swirls permanently you would need either a 1 step paint correction (polish) or a 2 step correction (compounds and polish). Although some manufacturers offer products that help remover swirls by leaving a wax behind.
